Jeffrey B. Morris, M.D., M.P.H.
Founder and Medical Director

Dr. Morris is a board certified ophthalmologist with over 30 years of experience in microsurgery of the eye and laser vision correction. Dr. Morris has performed over 20,000 laser and intraocular surgeries. He is a LASIK/PRK certified surgeon and is the first surgeon in San Diego to be certified in surgical contact lens implantation (ICL).
Dr. Morris, Founder and Medical Director of Grandview LASIK Center, received his undergraduate degree from Southern Methodist University and his Masters in Public Health from the University of Texas, School of Public Health. After receiving his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical School at Houston, he interned at the University of Southern California/Doheny Eye Institute in Los Angeles and completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the University of California Medical School at San Diego/Shiley Eye Center.
Dr. Morris is a Fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology (AAO) and a member of the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery (ASCRS). He has authored articles in research and health economics and is a member of the Editorial Board for the professional journal, Review of Ophthalmology.
He lives with his wife and two dogs in North County San Diego. Dr. Morris is a father and an avid sports fan. He enjoys playing golf, and true to his native Texas roots, he also loves to barbecue!
